Destress + Stretch Fall 2020 Series

Start your week off right and stop “doing” so much in this gentle class designed to help you shift your mindset and release stress and anxiety. Each practice will include a short meditation, breathing practices, accessible movement, yummy stretching and restorative postures. All levels welcome.

Join Robin Penney in this all-levels 45-minute class designed to help you start your week off right. In these times of intensity and stress-overload, this time can be a container for you to just let some things go, relax, and breathe. 

We will do a little bit of gentle movement to get the body going, sift through layers of stagnation, stretch out tension, and move the joints of the body. Nothing too crazy. Then we’ll lay around on pillows and blankets for awhile, breathe, and chill. A short 5-minute meditation will round out the practice and connect you to a deeper experience of yourself. 

This class is meant to be soaked up and enjoyed!

It is helpful (but not required) to have the following props for this class: yoga mat, bolster/pillow, blanket/beach towel, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap
