Private Movement Coaching
We start with a Functional Movement Screen and a personalized plan designed to meet your body where it is today. You’ll learn how to move with better mechanics, load intelligently, and strengthen your foundation from the inside out.
Group & Hybrid Training
Weekly online (or in-person, if you’re local) sessions help you integrate what you’re learning, explore themes like hip mobility, balance, and flow, and stay connected to your movement rhythm through the seasons.
Together, we focus on building strength that lasts, so you can feel confident, capable, and at home in your body again.
