Foundations of Flow - Lesson 2

Linking Movement and Breath
Lesson 2: Linking Movement and Breath

In this lesson, we’ll learn how to breathe using Ujjayi breath, the “victorious breath” that helps us to stay calm and focused and anchors our movements into the flow. This week, we’ll start to put some of the poses we’ve learned into the flow of the full Sun Salutation so the poses become linked together with the movement of the breath. It’s magical.  We’ll also do some core work to strengthen the low back and belly, and we’ll practicing a new balancing pose. Let’s Flow!
