Livestream Classes

Robin offers weekly online classes for all levels of students. These livestream classes are offered on Zoom, with Robin available for direct feedback, community support, and more. All classes are recorded and available to access later, and live attendance is not required.

Start your week off right and stop “doing” so much in this gentle class designed to help you shift your mindset and release stress and anxiety. Each practice will include a short meditation, breathing practices, accessible movement, yummy stretching and restorative postures. All levels welcome.

Got low back issues? Join Robin for this relaxing and strengthening class aimed at helping you find your body’s compensation patterns within a gentle yoga-class framework.  Slowly build the confidence that your body CAN support you well in life as you move in a variety of ways. All levels welcome.

Join Robin for creative sequences, smart strength-building, playful transitions, and a breath-based flow that will hook your bodymind to an elevated experience. We’ll use props in new ways, break down challenging postures, and mix things up. This class is for the curious and open-minded yoga practitioner who wants to learn about the body and brain anew. Six months of yoga experience is recommended for this class.

Please note: If you need financial assistance or payment plans due to Covid-19 or you want to do more than one of the courses and a discount tuition would support your participation, please contact Robin directly. No questions asked.

Looking for previous sessions of livestream classes? All of Robin’s recent classes and class series are recorded and available via the Patreon app. Practice anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
